Job DescriptionThe Business Intelligence Solutions group within the Data Policy, Platforms, & Programs (DPPP) organization works with internal stakeholders to enable faster decision-making, data democratization and self-service through building innovative, scalable best-in-class data marts and dashboard solutions. Our goal is to empower and enable business partners to glean valuable insights from Visa's unique global data assets. We are looking for an established individual contributor capable of engaging with business owners, data enthusiasts and technology teams. The clean, intuitive, and beautiful user interfaces you develop will enable business partners to glean valuable insights from Visa's unique global data assets. You will allow users to gain new insights and tell their own data stories. This individual contributor role will support a global executive management scorecard and insights initiative providing the single source of insights for market performance and trending. Responsibilities As a Sr. Manager dashboard developer, you will leverage design and development standards, processes, and best practices. You will partner with data engineers and program managers to deliver advanced BI capabilities to a global customer base including senior executives.
Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. The ideal candidate will support Visa at a U.S. location: Ashburn, VA,Atlanta, GA, Miami, FL, Lehi, UT, New York, NY, Austin, TX, Bellevue, WA, Foster City, CA, San Francisco, CA , Highlands Ranch, CO, or Wilmington, DE. COLORADO APPLICANTS ONLY: This position has a minimum base salary of 114,500 USD and a midpoint base salary of148,500 USD. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible for annual bonus and equity.
