Position Summary:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Senior Director, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible to perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the supply chain area of North America Grupo Bimbo. The duties include work in the areas of user and systems requirements and analysis, applications development and maintenance, supply chain systems support.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances business systems in the areas of Oracle WM, Oracle Order Management and Oracle Transportation Management.
  • Strong understanding of how integration between Oracle WM, Oracle Order Management and Oracle Transportation Management work and respond to business processes.
  • Research SAAS releases in core Oracle modules to determine benefits in quarterly releases that the business will have opportunities to take advantage of in future business transformation.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive test plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged, including assisting with quarterly updates to the SAAS solutions.
  • Determines proper installation parameters for software and hardware, for smooth integration, transition and efficiency.
  • Develops process follow and documentation to assist the business in knowledge and understanding of the business solution
  • Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies, leveraging our vendor partners to address open items.
  • Plans, develops and implements backup and recovery procedures.
  • Assists and trains subject matter experts to help develop the key user network.
  • Work with clients across Business units within Corporate Grupo Bimbo and North American teams.
Job Requirements

Education and Work History:

  • 3 -5 years of warehouse management, transportation, and order management experience, preferably Oracle Cloud
  • A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems or a closely related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Physical Demands:

Environment: Office environment, associate is expected to work Monday to Friday and on call as needed

Travel Requirement: Travel will be required across North America - 50% during peak implementations

Volume of work: A fast paced work environment with multiple, tight and changing priorities
