Sr. Associate - EDIFECS Projects

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Developers with 9+ years of experience in EDIFECS, Java/J2EE.

Location: Quincy, MA

Job Description and Qualifications include: (This is a hands-on development role)

• Required:
  
  
  
  • Strong Development expertise using EDIFECS Product & Toolset and Java/J2EE
  • Good Experience with Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping, HIPAA X12 and EDI transactions.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology.
  • Knowledge of XML, JMS, SOAP webservices.
  • Knowledge of Relational databases (Oracle).
  • Exposure to AWS platform
  
  
  
  
• Education and Additional Skills
  
  
  
  • Computer Science Degree or equivalent college education
  • Should have experience with working in large development projects
  • Should have the ability coordinate across multiple teams
  • Be nimble in handling and delivering fast moving projects with very minimal supervision
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  
  
  

Duration: Full Time only - "Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)."

The annual salary for this position is between $[100,000 - 140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
