Job DescriptionWe are the Data and AI Platform Technology team within Visa. We collaborate with every other team at Visa to deliver on our broad mandate of Data and AI Platforms that are secure, robust, and effective. To achieve this, we continuously reflect, learn, and commit to develop our platform, our processes, and our people. As the Head of PMO for one of our vertical teams, you'll drive our platform forward as you build out and lead a PMO team. You should be comfortable leading teams, mentoring and developing others. You anticipate risks and negotiate trade-offs and are both technical and process focused. In this role, you will work with all areas of the organization to deliver against our strategy while simultaneously handling the day-to-day aspects of your portfolio. Flex Work Arrangement - Hybrid Position - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. QualificationsBasic Qualifications Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
