Job Description:

Our Financial Services Technology Limited-Travel Sr. Staff virtually embed themselves into established client Internal Audit functions, supplying ongoing subject matter expertise and field support for multidisciplinary technology focused internal auditors of up to twenty individuals. On average, specific client projects are executed over a three to six month fieldwork period.

Example tasks that you will encounter in this role include the following:

• Performing complex control testing, utilizing client specified audit methodology

• Writing comprehensive audit observations, typically following

• Providing quality control and measurement of adherence to client required internal audit documentation

• Issuing daily/weekly supervisory reports of audit status, of your teams, to client-side directors

Qualifications:

Educational and Professional Credentials

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Majors in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity are preferred

• Experience working in the financial services sector required

• Beyond three years of career experience in Information Technology auditing or consultation

• Attainment of CISA, CISSP, CISM or simliar required

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience with IT audit project planning and execution

• Capable of conveying (verbal/written) critical observations associated with our fieldwork to individuals with variable level of subject expertise

• Sustained knowledge of leading financial sector technology frameworks and sources, such as Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, National Institute of Standards and Technology, International Organization for Standardization, Center for Internet Security and Cyber Risk Institute

• Prior experience with banking operations, financial applications, back-office IT infrastructure, and core IT operational areas
