Job Description

The Infinite Campus Inside Sales Representative position involves contacting K-12 prospects; informing them of Infinite Campus products and services to assist in the maximization of sales Provide market research impacting the direction of sales.

Job Responsibilities



  • Manage the prospect qualification process
  • Initiate communication with K-12 prospective clients/customers via telephone; generate highly qualified prospects
  • Build rapport and relationships with potential customers
  • Measure prospect's interest level; alter sales technique accordingly
  • Increase prospective customer's understanding of IC products and services impacting their desire to purchase; upsell premium products when applicable
  • Provide market research to determine prospective customers; impacting the direction of sales
  • Manage assigned accounts using Salesforce.com
  • Other related duties as assigned


Desired Background



  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years professional experience in a position requiring technical proficiency
  • Sales experience; Infinite Campus SIS or equivalent SIS helpful
  • Prior work experience in or with the field of K-12 helpful
  • Excellent verbal and persuasive communication skills
  • Previous experience using Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM
  • Team work in sales oriented environment

Position must adhere to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines.
