Job Title: SR. Director Partnership Development, Community based Programs

  • The Senior Director is charged with meeting and exceeding the company's revenue targets through a strong focus on the following area:

    • Growth: Design / Develop and execute outreach strategies and tactics aimed at growing our Shine partner base with maximum efficiency.

  • Partnership decisions made by the Senior Director are rooted in the following questions: Will it contribute to our mission impact? Will it provide a favorable financial return? Does it align to our core competencies? Is it a scalable opportunity? Does it open relationships and/or brand build for future business?

A Day in the Life

The Senior Director Partnership Development, Community Based Programs, is responsible for meeting and exceeding the company's revenue targets through a strong focus on growth. This is achieved through designing, developing and executing outreach strategies and tactics aimed at growing our Shine partner base with maximum efficiency.

  • Identifies, evaluates, recommends, and establishes partnerships where there are potential Early/Head Start competitive opportunities.

  • Establishes a community-building presence, which honors the aspirations and cultures of prospect communities.

  • Builds national, regional, state, and community awareness of Shine Early Learning.

  • Supports the design of partner Early Head Start and Head Start programming, as well as the scope of Shine Early Learning and Partner relationship.

  • Negotiates and secures the contract between the partner and the Shine.

  • Supports the partner negotiations with the Office of Head Start.

  • Represents Acelero and Shine in the Head Start community to build brand awareness, generate leads, and bolster retention of current partners (for example attending and/or facilitating regional, state, and national events).

  • Meets or exceeds EBITA(Earnings before interest, taxes, and amortization) goals.

Position Reports To Chief Growth Officer, Barbara Montero

Who should apply?

You meet these requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of partnership development-related experience including establishing collaborations with other organizations. Prefer experience in early care and education (including Early / Head Start management experience).

Location/Travel: Remote up to 40% Travel

Salary: $110K - $125K
