As a Digital Solutions business, we provide intelligent, connected hardware technologies to sense, control, and inspect assets across many industries. As the Digital Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Guide and align stakeholders in 7 global product companies to flexibly meet their needs within this framework.
  • Work closely with Product, Commercial, Service, and Digital Marketing teams to understand their needs.
  • Understand and capture transactional business processes to ensure good design.
  • Prioritize and create detailed requirements to be coded by our Digital Technology development team.
  • Digital Technology will be your partner. As they design and build, you will coach, guide, structure, explain, and provide the voice of the business to ensure quality results.
  • Prepare and manage the platform's release priorities, planning, and budget. Deliver on customer and sales objectives.
  • Partner with our external website and marketing team for a consistent customer experience.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales and Commercial, Digital Marketing, Digital Technology, or Information Management areas
  • Have experience delivering B2B eCommerce projects for a manufacturer of physical goods
  • Have experience with other DCE projects besides eCommerce
  • Have an "ideas mindset" with an ability to find practical solutions to problems
  • Be data driven, with the ability to communicate recommendations using facts and derived information
  • Be willing and able to roll up your sleeves to get the goal accomplished
  • Have the ability to communicate and build consensus among different levels of the organization and across business units
  • Have proven prioritization and project management skills
  • Have demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment and in leading peers and key project groups.
  • Have a highly collaborative style across functional and technical audiences.
  • Hybris platform experience & integrations with SAP
  • Knowledge of SAP data management and commercial functions
  • Experience using Lean and SixSigma process improvement practices
  • Commercial experience, in sales, service, or supporting roles
  • Technical product and software coding experience
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools
