Partner with the best

As a Technical Product Manager, you will have the overall responsibility of interfacing between customers and the development teams. While communicating between our key customers and stakeholders, you will help create a vision and roadmap for products. By working closely with the teams throughout a development cycle, you will ensure that we turn that vision into a completed commercial offering.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers and Product Line Managers to gather customer requirements and understand customer needs.
  • Working with Product Line Managers to translate the vision and roadmap into actionable features
  • Organizing and leading voice of customer engagements, both on and offsite, including visits to key customer sites
  • Coordinating and prioritizing features based on technical competency and user value, while communicating context and customer need to development teams.
  • Communicating short and long-term business objectives and priorities to execution teams.
  • Working with other mangers to create a system level view and system level architecture across all features on a program
  • Establishing a cohesive portfolio strategy for our company across multiple programs and product lines
  • Overseeing requirements creation for owned features and validation process for all features on assigned program
  • Ensuring that team implementation of features meets quality standards, functional and non-functional requirements and meets UX guidelines
  • Prioritizing the backlog based on voice of customer and changing business needs.
  • Engaging frequently with remote development teams, facilitating discussions, providing clarification, and contributing to design activities
  • Demonstrating awareness of industrial trends and domain expertise
  • Influencing decision making and problem solving across projects, programs, and teams

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in STEM Majors from accredited college or university
  • Have experience in customer engagement, such as product management, services, project management, or systems engineering
  • Have experience in creating requirements for new product development or product delivery
  • Have the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Have influential presentation skills
  • Have an interest in developing industry-leading products for monitoring machinery health
