Partner with the best As a remote Senior Tax Consolidations and External Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for: Prepararingand tying out of the US GAAP (SEC) external filing requirements. Consolidating and resolution of all items related to quarterly & annual reporting requirements. Preparing quarterly and annual SEC disclosure checklists Interacting with both internal and external audit in support of quarterly reviews and annual audit. Ensuring ongoing compliance with SOX procedures and maintenance of tax controls framework, including procedural documentation. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree (in accounting) from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Tax Operations within a US multinational. Have a good working knowledge of ASC 740, FIN 48 and other US GAAP tax accounting concepts Have a OneSource Tax Provision User Experience Have good organization skills and a critical thinker Have excellent oral and written communication skills Have effective interpersonal and teamwork skills Be able to analyze and resolve problems Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
