Recruiter

The Recruiter will partner with other team members in the Recruiting department to implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and hire a diverse pool of qualified candidates for NISA. This individual will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions for various departments at the firm. They should enjoy working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Other duties and responsibilities include:

Assisting with the job posting and advertisement processes
• Scheduling interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Assisting with the interview process
• Attending and participating in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
• Maintaining a candidate database and pipeline

• Bachelor's degree required
• Previous recruiting experience working at an agency or corporate recruiting position is required
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
