Application Management Senior Analyst, IT

The Application Management Senior Analyst will implement, administer and maintain systems that provide trading, compliance, accounting and reporting functions to the firm. The successful candidate will troubleshoot system issues, document system operating procedures, test releases and new features, and develop and maintain reporting. The individual will possess strong systems knowledge and SQL skills and work directly with business users and other system support teams to develop solutions. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will drive continuous process improvement and ensure consistency and integrity of data within each system. The individual must be able to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment, while completing goals by deadlines.

Bachelor's degree required
• Coursework in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred; coursework in Finance or Accounting preferred
• In-depth understanding of one or more systems (BNY Mellon Eagle, DTCC Central Trade Matching Platform, BBH Infomediary, Charles River IMS)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience in an automation platform, data integration, or messaging technologies
• Experience in Microsoft SSRS and Tableau
• Experience in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow beneficial
• Core understanding of financial services industry
• Ability to produce clear and complete procedures and train others
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• ITIL certification or familiarity preferred
• Five to seven years job experience required
