You will develop and grow the culture and engagement practice while ensuring Capital remains true to its core values as we continue to grow . Every day you'll contribute to our long-term people centered strategy by partnering with internal teams including HR Strategy, Corporate Communications, Talent Development and Diversity Equity and Inclusion. You have strategically managed partnerships and opportunities for culture and associate engagement with both internal teams and external partners. You have been a subject matter expert on Culture and Engagement by contributing perspective, insights, and communicating knowledge. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork with colleagues around the globe is essential for success. You are introspective and analytical and proactively look for external trends and best practices to address culture and engagement opportunities.
