ABOUT THE POSITION The Columbia Sportswear Finance Enablement team enables the organization to create capacity, efficiency, and scalability by optimizing the ways we drive value creation. The organization is also driving exciting innovation in the application of advanced analytics and automated intelligence. You'll play a key role in driving the strategic priority of transforming global Finance capabilities, with the Enterprise goal of driving relentless improvement. You'll partner with the Continuous Improvement Program Manager to build the capability and culture of Continuous Improvement within Finance, globally.
