Are you a super user of Colleague Student Information Systems or a talented higher education professional with experience implementing Colleague Student Information Systems module? Ellucian is currently looking to add Professional Service Consultants with Colleague SIS implementation experience to our team. Our professional services team is instrumental in consulting with our customers and delivering value add services that provide the quickest path to institutional success.

Higher education customers are transforming to modern campuses while leveraging technology and solutions to enable student success. In this mission critical role, you will partner with our customers to help enable their transformation to cloud/SAAS solutions and ensure successful adoption of these solutions.

LOCATION - anywhere in North America - remote from home
TRAVEL - up to 30% to client locations

Where you will make an impact

  • Accountable for all aspects related to service delivery of our Colleague Student solution. Includes driving delivery improvement and engaging with our higher education customers.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to ensure customer and Ellucian project expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and remediate issues that impede enabling customer greatness.
  • Drive innovative and transformative strategies which will ensure successful SaaS implementations.
  • Continuously improve the customer experience by ensuring development, use and maintenance of services artifacts that exceed customer expectations.
  • Proactively prepare for and deliver high quality implementation consulting services.
  • Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilization targets.
  • Consult with customers to drive performance improvement, own problems, execute with precision, and professionalism.

What you will bring

  • Colleague Student experience (5+ years).
  • Implementation and consulting experience (2+ years).
  • Product experience, including consulting experience on relevant solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Must present a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate to C-level and project leaders both internally and externally.
  • Enabling delivery readiness, problem solving and root cause analysis.
  • Experience developing and mentoring other consultants.
  • Strong prioritization skills, able to manage activities based on business impact.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Support and demonstration of Ellucian values.
  • Ability to travel onsite to deliver consulting and implementation services based on Ellucian delivery methodology.
