Job Summary UC Davis Facilities Management is looking for someone to join our IBM TRIRIGA team. Under the direction of the Asset Management's Data Officer this individual will perform in a lead role providing system configuration support and expertise for IBM TRIRIGA and other related systems and integrations such as Microsoft Dynamics-SL or other related campus systems. Training will be provided for the right candidate willing to learn systems and configurations needed to support this position and duties. Depending upon the successful candidate experience level, a specific training program will be created and completed as part of the condition of this position. POSITION INFORMATION

WORK ENVIRONMENT

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education/Experience:
- 2 years of Tririga experience or equivalent practical experience.
- Project management experience to set objectives for decisions and anticipate consequences and lead a team through development and implementation.
- Experience in the principles of customer service and support in technology-related areas.
- Experience in application configuration, performance fine-tuning, and system (TRIRIGA) module implementation
- Experience working on software implementation projects, gathering and evaluating client requirements, creating technical designs and documentation, and performing development/testing activities.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) :
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals to secure and/or provide information to clarify situations, resolve problems, and negotiate services and/or agreements.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (including Access, pivot table, charting and drawing functions in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Additional Preferred License/Certification:
- Certifications in IBM Tririga Application.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Programming experience in JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Python and/or PHP.
- Experience in Real Estate Lifecycle Management, CAD Integrator, UX Framework, etc.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) :
- Expertise in data architecture (DBMS).
- Strong Tririga domain expertise, product architecture and frameworks for various process areas.
- Knowledge of University of California, Davis, policies and procedures pertaining to security of data in information systems.
- Skill to develop and apply creative innovative concepts to problem resolution.
- Critical thinking skills to read, understand, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and apply UC and campus policies, as well as federal and state laws.
- Organizational skills to plan coordinate and set priorities effectively; multi-task and adapt to changing priorities on multiple projects.
