Responsibilities

Texoma Medical Center, a 378-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible to plan, organize, direct and supervise all components of the hospital's community relations program including loyalty programs, community initiatives, community events, and coordination of speaker's bureau. Duties include maintaining the database of loyalty members, providing regular communication to members, planning special events and activities for members, and tracking the impact of the loyalty programs on hospital volume. In addition, the Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing community initiatives, including screenings and representing the hospital at various events that will serve to enhance the image of Texoma Medical Center.

Qualifications

BS, BA, or BBA degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration

Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, health promotion/sports administration or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills. Possess the ability to make effective sales presentations. Ability to problem solve effectively and utilize critical thinking skills. Strong customer service focus. Knowledgeable regarding the TMC Market as well as services and products provided. Very comfortable meeting with various community members. Able to organize, prepare and attend a variety of events and gatherings. Effective event planning skills
