Position Objective

The ECM Sr. Business Analyst will act as the client's trusted advisor and lead the effort to establish detail requirements for our clients ECM solutions. Excellent communication skills and experience defining, designing and documenting complex ECM solutions are the keys to success in this role. Acting as the primary interface between our clients and our team you ensure projects are well defined and all parties are aligned on solution expectations.

Essential Job Functions
  • Define, Design and Document complex ECM solutions for the Konica Minolta customer base.
  • Responsible for determining / documenting the technical requirements, developing functional specifications and designing comprehensive "end to end" document capture, scan, store and retrieval solutions.
  • Lead the document discovery and functional specification processes, to clearly define the products and professional services labor required, to solve defined business problems.
  • Work with Project managers to develop project plans consisting of a work break down structure of tasks
  • Designs complex ECM workflow solutions in concert with base system installations.
  • Authors the Functional Specification Document & ascertains customer approval
  • Develops the work break down structure of tasks required to implement & deploy an approved ECM solution
  • Adheres to KM Professional Services project methodology while satisfying/exceeds predefined service delivery metrics
  • Communicates regularly with KM/ECM Administration to ensure product licensing and project delivery are in alignment with approved SOW's & associated project plans
  • Work with the Sales team as needed to support the Presales process ensuring the proposed solution is aligned with the client's needs and supporting solutioning.
  • Performs Other duties as assigned
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Seven years or greater experience developing/delivering ECM solutions (OnBase and Advanced Capture - highly desired)
  • Five years or greater Business Analyst experience developing complex solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead ad hoc project teams consisting of resources with varying skillsets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to execute within a team structure
  • Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to solve technical problems
  • Ability to create process documentation - Visio experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint - Preferred
Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
  • Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience - Required
  • MBA or other appropriate post graduate degree - Desired
  • PMI, Six Sigma or other recognized PM Certification - Desired
  • CDIA+ Certification -Desired
  • ECMs Certification -Required (certification must be obtained within 90-days of employment)
  • Hyland OnBase Installer Certification - Desired
  • Hyland OnBase Workflow Certification - Desired
  • Kofax or other ECM Certification(s) - Desired
