CNO Technical Solutions Cyber Engineer, Lead

Key Role

Join the team to help lead the business across Computer Network Operations (CNO) technologies for the warfighting domain, providing customers with leap-ahead capabilities that enable them to meet some of the nation's most difficult problems. Help drive and deliver the technical strategy for deployment of solutions with and through partner and client ecosystem. Develop and drive scalable mission solutions for clients and lead large technical solutioning efforts for capture and proposal processes. Serve as a member of cross functional leadership team which demonstrates capabilities to clients and builds out teams for client delivery. Serve as the leader of CNO technical solutions for the warfighting domain. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in a leadership role, including converting vulnerabilities and exploits to solutions

  • 5+ years of experience with development in support of USCC, IC, or Service Cyber components, including Army, Navy, USAF, or USMC

  • Experience in delivery of solutions within software development, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development teams

  • Experience with researching notable vulnerabilities, research papers, vulnerability analysis, concept solutions, and thought leadership papers and pieces for peer groups and clients

  • Experience with existing and emerging CNO enabling architectures, data flows, interfaces and frameworks in the OCO mission space

  • Ability to dynamically present concepts and ideas to clients and industry partners

  • Knowledge of industry solutions providers for critical cyber and warfighting domain needs

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 180,000 to 200,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
