Synopsys is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join TeamHR and support our dynamic and growing organization.

In this exciting role you will interact with all levels of management and represent HR initiatives and programs across our growing global organization (4b and 16,000+employees and counting). You will be an integral member of a core team providing comprehensive and strategic HR solutions across our dynamic business. You'll be asked to exercise your analytical and creative problem-solving muscles through data analyses and recommendations to improve processes. About the role:

  • CONDUCT data analyses and influence others to act on your recommendations to increase productivity and team performance

  • CONSULT employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
  • ENHANCE processes based on feedback and assessments from business units
  • PLAN, EXECUTE AND EVALUATE a wide spectrum of programs and initiatives at the business unit and enterprise level
  • FACILITATE meetings and training programs on a variety of subject matter
  • KEEP PACE WITH WHAT'S NEXT (aka best practices) and provide thoughtful recommendations anchored in analytics and geared to achieve desired outcomes
About YOU:
  • Human Resources professional with a minimum of 8 plus years relevant experience (employee relations, performance management, development, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build productive partnerships
  • Outstanding team player, who can take work direction from multiple individuals
  • Proactive, self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while managing multiple projects
  • Critical thinking with flexibility, openness to change and new information - quick learner
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications
  • Demonstrated track record of outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Eye for detail while being aware of the big picture, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Expert level Excel reporting and HR systems reporting experience
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or Human Resources Management
