What we're looking for

A team player and creative thinker with a solid grasp of all things HR.

In this dynamic role you will partner with other HR team members to support enterprise wide HR initiatives and programs across our growing global organization (4b and 16,000+ employees and counting). You'll be asked to exercise your analytical and creative problem-solving skills through data analyses and recommendations to improve processes. If you are someone who wants to play an active role in educating your Business clients on programs and initiatives that keep the employee base informed and engaged and you desire to make a meaningful difference with the business, we want to meet you!

Requirements

  • Human Resources professional with a minimum of 6 plus years relevant experience (employee relations, performance management, development, etc.)
  • Data analytics and calibration experience required
  • Strong Excel experience - V-lookups, charts, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Outstanding team player, who can take work direction from multiple individuals
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build productive partnerships
  • Critical thinking with flexibility, openness to change and new information - quick learner
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications
  • Demonstrated track record of strong project management and organizational skills
  • Eye for detail while being aware of the big picture, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Advanced level Excel reporting and HR systems reporting experience
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
  • Proactive, self-motivated and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while managing multiple projects
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or Human Resources Management
