Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns is responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns for the WorldStrides lines of business. Working closely with creative, email marketing, and the product marketing team, the person in this role will manage the schedule and insure the on-time execution of all multi-channel marketing campaigns, including direct email, email, and SMS marketing.

Position Responsibilities:



  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems
  • Partner with product marketers to execute campaigns according to their strategy
  • Build and maintain marketing operations calendar
  • Run weekly meetings to align all teams with timing of marketing operations
  • Work directly with direct mail vendors for data sends, calendaring, and live data proofing
  • Understand and implement campaign testing and complex data strategies
  • Develop insights and make recommendations for improvement
  • Adhere to strict and aggressive deadlines to meet the marketing schedule milestones


Vienna, VA

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Must have strict attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to work well within aggressive timelines
  • Maintain high level of flexibility
  • Experience with direct mail and relational database marketing tools such as Unica preferred
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) system such as Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with IBM Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • Understanding of SQL preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated
  • 4-5 years of relational database marketing experience preferred
