How this opportunity is different As part of our global Brand and Reputation COE within Marketing & Communications, you will help manage the Aon brand and its strategic activation and implementation around the world, with a particular emphasis on North America. What the day will look like General Responsibilities: These fall into two main areas: Helping to drive activation of the brand at the global and North America level through key workstreams, such as internal alignment, governance, brand architecture, brand touchpoints, communications, campaigns, and events Driving implementation of the brand across the firm as part of a multi-year program to ensure the continuous and consistent application across all assets, for example, marketing collateral, recruiting efforts, office environments and sales materials Specific Responsibilities: Provide advice and guidance to colleagues as needed on brand activation-related issues Work collaboratively with teams and partners to drive brand implementation, ensuring the continuous and consistent application of our tone of voice and visual identity across all assets Work with Marketing Operations to manage the Brand and Reputation COE budget, including managing Hive9, contracts, and Coupa purchases and invoicing Contribute to the content, communications and site improvements for Brand Hub, the central location of all brand resources and assets for the firm Assist in the development of strategies for incorporating new brands/sub-brands into the Aon fold (general brand architecture issues) and support field marketers in the execution of the brand architecture and M&A playbooks Provide project management support across the Brand and Reputation COE, as directed Help drive alignment across the company around the brand's direction and tactics Key Background 5+ years of professional marketing or communications experience, with a proven track record of results Proven experience with managing projects and budgets in complex environments and the confidence to engage with key partners at various levels Ability to understand and articulate the Aon brand both internally and externally and provide guidance to colleagues across the firm as needed Ability and willingness to perform both tactical and strategic elements of the role A teammate with the ability to work independently and within and across teams Strong writing and verbal communication skills Organized with strong attention to detail We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
