As a Provider Data Entry Representative, youll be responsible for various activities
related to the Provider Network database which may include any or all of the
following: database maintenance, reporting and extracting data for various
reports and analyses, and initiating database improvement. In this role, youll
also develop and maintain standards for database integrity and quality
assurance, coordinate corrective activities to clean database and retain users,
and manage communication processes with other departments regarding database

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules
during our normal business hours of (8am to 5pm). If overtime is required, it may be performed
at home using a company assigned laptop. Our office is located at 2725 Mall Drive, Eau Claire, WI.

Provider Data EntryData maintenance and verificationInitiating database improvementsData integrity and quality assuranceConduct audits and provide feedback to reduce errors and

1 year of experience in a related environment (i.e.
office, administrative or clerical)An education level of at least a high school diploma or
GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experienceDemonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications,
which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer
programsAbility to work regularly scheduled shifts within our
hours of operation including the training period, where lunches and breaks are
scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over-time as


Prior experience in medical insurance, medical billing,
provider relations or similar role preferred
