Salary for Announcement We anticipate the qualified candidate to be placed between $49,900 - $62,400. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Reporting to the Executive Director of Industry Partnerships, the Assistant Director of Industry Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Partnerships is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to develop the diversity, equity and inclusion framework and programs that accelerate student career success. This role will also build the framework to collaborate with employer partners to embed equity and inclusion into talent recruitment strategies. This role will foster connection points for industry partners to support the respectful exchange of ideas and be a catalyst for collaborative work of advancing equity and inclusion in Colorado's talent pipeline development. The C2 Hub Assistant Director of Industry DEI Partnerships will oversee special projects and/or assignments that are sensitive or complex in nature, requiring a high level of independence, initiative, and professional discernment. This position establishes procedures, policies, and practices aligned to values of equity and social justice. The person in this role will establish scalable best practices, assess diversity recruitment engagement, and provide data driven insights and recommendations. We are seeking someone for this role who has already established themselves as a team-oriented and collaborative partner in their work environment(s), with a project management mind-set and a passion for championing DEI. The key to this role is the ability to prioritize, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact. The Assistant Director needs to be able to navigate a wide range of campus partnerships as well as work autonomously on building programs that have impact.
